We understand your excitement to receive your new Weber product and share the joy with family and friends. That’s why we give special attention to every order and strive to process it as swiftly as possible. 1. Where do we ship? Currently, we proudly serve all 48 contiguous states and Washington D.C. Unfortunately, residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Palau, Micronesia, military areas (including APO, FPO, DPO), and any locations outside of the U.S. should refrain from placing an order as we do not ship to these areas yet. We are diligently working to expand our services globally to ensure everyone can enjoy our products.

2. What are the shipping costs? Our prices include shipping costs for the regions we serve—no additional charges, just place your order and await your delivery!

3. When will I receive my order? You can expect your order to arrive within 3-10 business days. Shipping times may vary based on the type of transport and your location. If your order includes multiple items from different warehouses, you may receive them separately, but we will provide tracking numbers for each shipment. Please allow extra time for delivery during periods of high demand. For gas grill orders, please ensure your home LPG supply is ready before delivery to facilitate quick installation and testing.

4. Shipping Methods We use trusted couriers like UPS and FedEx for reliable and fast delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Visit the courier’s official website to track your shipment, or contact us for assistance in tracking your order.

5. Track Your Order Please refer to the tracking number provided. If it consists of 12 digits, use FedEx for tracking; if it starts with 1Z, track it through UPS.
